SOUTH CAPITAL welcomes all private lenders as members for free to our financial network club. We need real, genuine ,credible lenders, locally, nationwide or worldwide. As potential lenders you have to fill the application to register with us, this will give you access to financial request from our loan seekers.

Once you find a loan seeker that you want to help as a lenders you have to clearly and explicitely give your terms, rules conditions, policies and financial demands to the loan seekers in order for them to receive the loan or money.

As a lender we require you to be fair, honest and mostly reliable to our clients, always mention to our clients that you saw their profile in the SOUTH CAPITAL BANK. We at SOUTH CAPITAL cannot be hold responsible , for any of your decisions, bad judgement, actions or criminal behaviour. SOUTH CAPITAL is not liable for any financial transactions between the loan seeker and the lenders .

Basic information about our loan seekers will be , visible and exposed to you on a regular basis, you will notify us every time you show some interest for one or more of our loan seekers. After reading their financial request, you must rely on your own judgement to help , take a chance on that particular lenders or simply pass to the next one, you are free , mature and responsible of your choices , selections or decisions, always remenber it is your money and your choice.
