You consent to  a collection disclosure , use and processing of personal information about you, you authorize a third parties such as credit reporting agencies to give the lenders information about you, also if you provide  information about any other individual to be added in your loan request, you confirm that this individual has fully consented to a collection, disclosure, access, use and processing of their information.

The information collected may include, information to identify you such as name, date of birth, contact information, drivers license or other personal identification, as well as your background for example occupation as required by law, also financial information such as income assets, payment history and credit worthiness may be required by the lenders. Bear in mind that a private lender may cancel a  transactions that may have some risk of credit fraud, also take into consideration that some loan are unsecure and some others are secure, for each loan request or demand you are subject to approval by the lenders or investors, but in some very difficult circumstances, a lenders may require, a proof of collaterals , assets or guarantor as a security or even some insurance for the loan.

Each lenders or investors has a different set of rules, terms , conditions and policies it is up to you to decide if a deal is good for you. As a loan seekeryou are fully responsible for all the transactions between you and the lenders. or investors . You must read , and understand the terms and policies set by each lenders , ask the lenders questions about the loans, ensure that you receive a copy of each document before signing and ask for a full disclosure of any advance fees , charges , annual fee or minimum payment before signing an approved loan .with a lenders, bear in mind it is your full responsibility once you agree and signed a loan

Bear in mind that for any loan or financing receive, you will be responsible of any delinquant behaviour , failure to repay a loan,, may result in the lenders taking you to court or launch a law suit after you , this action may affect your bank account, asset or collaterals or credit rating.

South capital cannot be hold responsible for any false or misleading information, identity theft, scams, intention to defraud, falsifications, or any criminal intent,done by a criminal group , an individual / person or  any organized crimes, south capital is just a promotional tool that exposed you for a potential  match making  between a loan seekers and a  private lenders/ or investors,   this is a open free market concept , it is your responsability to choose a partner or select a good joint venture, use your wisdom and intelligence to make the best decision       .

south capital bank does not give you a guaranty of obtaining a loan, it is up to the lenders to decide based on your informations  [oac], we are a private network club, you pay a non refundable fee  for a period, other fee can be added if you want us to get more involved in helping you get a loan, all fees are absolutly non refundable, we accept and welcome all people with good , bad or worst credit but  some conditions can be asked by the lenders such as assets, collaterals, a credit evaluation  or a co - signer , each lender has its own conditions and requirements some are more flexibkle than others, you choose and select the one that is good for you ., again there is no refund  at all .

 Lenders and investors should be aware about the industry regulations, cap rates , rate of borrowing and annual fees. Lenders must not abuse the loan seeker with excessive interest rate , lenders must help the loan seeker understand their right and obligations as a borrowers and not take advantage of their situations.

Lenders must provide a complete disclosure to their clients about the cost of the loan , conditions, terms, policies , maximum rate of defaulting or any extra fees before the loan seekers provide any additional information.

Lenders and investors must follow and comply wth the government legislations, laws , regulations, code of ethics and behavior in trade and commerce from the provinces, cities, territories or country where they fully operate.

Membership is free for any private lenders,group and investors, to view or contact a loan seeker directly, but if you want to advertise your service or your business you must pay us a non refundable fee.

South capital is not responsible nor associate with any scam, or criminal intent, criminal behaviour, falsehood, misrepresentation, bad lending business practices, criminal group, or fraudsters, south capital is just a match making service between the lenders/investors and the loan seekers in order to allow two things the protection of consumers and a viable lending service , therefore all lenders shall display a decent code of ethics.. though we cannot be hold responsible for your deeds .

south capital is not responsible of your actions, judgement, behaviour nor decisions. As a lender you will collect any past due account in a fair, lawful and proffessional manner, south capital is not liable in the court of law for any bad transactions between the loan seeker and the lender/ or investor, south capital is not responsible of the way a lenders or investors , act or run their businesses as a member you must keep and maintain all records of financial transactions of your clients, members must comply with all privacy laws and refrain from using loan seekers personal information for other purpose unrelated to the loan withouth the consent of the loan seekers. Members shall respect the laws as well as the loan seekers . It is up to you to choose your partnership or select any  joint venture operation with some wisdom         . 

Members shall use plain and clear language in their documentation, disclose all fee, cost or interest rates in a clear manner, the loan agreement must include all the materials terms and conditions of the loans, a copy of the agreement should be given to the loan seeker as well in order to achieve a regulatory framework that protect the consumer right to know fully and avoid customers complaints

 South capital is just a financial network club, a match making service , with a  promotional tool a simple marketing service  that provide a contact between the loan seeker and the private lenders, or investors, you will have to assume all  your decisions, actions, judgement and  financial transactions on your own, this iis a open free market concept.
